Exchange/Size Change:

Please fill in the complete exchange/size change form included in the box and return it to us. We’ll deliver the desired size to you.

Returns:

We offer a 100% cashback policy with no questions asked for the following issues:

•Any defects in the shoes.
•The product differs from what was shown in the videos.
•If the leather is found to be non-original.
•If the sole is identified as PVC/PU instead of a genuine, long-lasting rubber/vibram sole.

If your shoes match any of the above criteria, complete the form inside the box & send them back to us. After inspection and quality check, you will receive your refund in your account within 10 working days.
